Crossings at North Creek in Everett's Silver Lake Area

The Crossings at North Creek is a fairly newer housing community located between the Silver Lake neighborhood and the town of Mill Creek in South Everett. This community offers well-kept properties and the ability to purchase a low-maintenance townhome or condo property with the most privacy that could be offered in this type of setting.

This community is full of detached condo properties and townhomes that only share one wall meaning just two townhomes to one building. These spacious properties feel much more like single-family homes but offer well-groomed and very low-maintenance landscaping in one of the best and most desirable locations to live in Everett Washington.

Near the Neighborhood

Silver Lake

Silver Lake is a quiet small lake in south Everett along the Bothell Everett Highway for which the Silver Lake neighborhood is named. This lake is popular for floating, paddleboarding, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. On the shores of Silver Lake are the popular Emory's restaurant, and the Silver Lake Public Park which offers a play structure, picnic area, swimming area, and public beach. 

Beyond the Lake, the Silver Lake area of Everett is famous for its close proximity to the Everett Costco and many other local restaurants and retail spaces along the Bothell Everett Highway. There is also easy access to I five through the park and ride at this area making commuting into Seattle and king county's east side into Bellevue much easier.

City of Mill Creek 

Mill Creek is a small town on the south side of Everett. This charming town is home to upscale shopping areas, great parks, medical offices, and more. One of the most popular areas of Mill Creek is the Mill Creek Town Center with several great restaurants, local boutique shops, larger retail shops, and a Town and Country grocery store. You can find many locals enjoying their weekends strolling through this small and quaint shopping center. From the best upscale dog boutique to Starbucks and the actual government town Center of Mill Creek it is all located in this picturesque portion of the town. 

Alderwood Mall

Alderwood Mall is a shopping hotspot destination in Snohomish County. This mall has both an indoor and outdoor shopping area. It is home to one of the most popular Nordstrom Department Stores in Western Washington.  There is a large AMC Movie Theater, and several great restaurants including Anthony's Seafood Grill, Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, and many national retailers. The mall is nicely designed with both an indoor and outdoor shopping area. This portion of Snohomish County is highly desirable to live in and has seen a lot of development and changes. There are also many shopping centers and restaurants that have built up around the mall making it a Mecca for activity.

Public Schools for Crossings at North Creek

Some of the south Everett neighborhoods are serviced by the Mukilteo School District. This is a very highly rated school district and many of the schools within Mukilteo School District are sought after to attend by young families. The specific schools serving Crossings at North Creek include Mariner High School, Voyager Middle School, and Lake Stickney Elementary School. There are 240 townhome and detached condo homes in the Crossings at North Creek neighborhood. The neighborhood began construction in 2006 through the company Soundbuilt Homes and the remainder of the project was finished by Polygon Northwest in the years 2009 to 2011. The condo/homeowner association is currently under the management of Morris Management located in Bellevue. Homes are very spacious offering two and three-bedroom layouts with some single-family detached condos offering four bedrooms. The attached townhome units are very much like a single-family home in themselves with a private garage on the ground floor and just one shared wall. These homes offer high ceilings, open-concept main living areas, large main bedroom suites, and high-end finishes like hardwood floors.
