The Heritage at Deer Creek Neighborhood in Everett WA

Heritage at Deer Creek is a residential condo community nestled into a thick lush greenbelt that is home to a protected salmon run stream. It is like an escape from the bustling south end of Everett as you turn the corner into the neighborhood. A piece of natural tranquility that offers low maintenance homes within very close proximity to everything in Everett, Mukilteo, Lynnwood (Alderwood area), and I-5. 

Near the Neighborhood

Lake Stickney Dog Park

Just a few blocks away off of Admiralty Way at the north end of Lake Stickney Community Park is the Lake Stickney Off-Leash Dog Park. This park is a fun wooded play space for your furry friends to be able to get outside and run with almost complete freedom. It is like a wooded hiking gem hidden in south Everett. If you plan to hike with your furry friend it is a great introduction and place to train for larger hikes. 

Lake Stickney

Lake Stickney is a small lake near the condo community. It is a sizable 25-acre lake that only allows non-motorized watercraft and there is a boat launch to easily get non-motorized boats in the water. The lake is popular for fishing. The lake is full of trout, largemouth bass, yellow perch, and black crappie. An easy place to catch some "free" dinner only minutes from home. 

The west end of the lake is home to a newer community park constructed in 2018. it is home to accessible walking paths, open green space, picnic areas, and a fun play structure. 

Evergreen Way Shopping and Restaurants

Evergreen Way is one of the main thoroughfares in Everett. It is a place of many retail stores, services, and restaurants. Along Evergreen Way, you will find grocery shopping in smaller stores or large one-stop-shops like Fred Meyer which is just about 7 to the south, fast food restaurants, and local favorite restaurants like the Totem Inn which has been an Everett landmark (everyone who grew up in Everett loves this place). Forest Park is only 2 minutes from the Totem. Other great restaurants on Evergreen include beloved local Memos Mexican Restaurant, and Lanna Thai is a favorite for Thai food. 

About the Lake-Stickney/Paine Field Area of Everett

Lake Stickney/Paine Field is located in south Everett bordering the cities of Mukilteo and Lynnwood. It is eight miles south of downtown and is a nice mix of residential, industrial, and commercial. Paine Field is a large airfield with a new commercial airport terminal that neighbors the Everett Boeing Plant, one of the area's largest employers. There are many great things to do in this portion of the city including the High Trek Adventures Seattle where you can enjoy ziplining and ropes courses. 

I-5 Access

Access to I-5 is only about 7 to 10 minutes from the neighborhood. Admiralty Way and the exact entrance of the condo community are just a block from Airport Road. Airport Road becomes 128th St SW and traveling east will bring you to the I-5 on ramp. From this point of Western Washington's most important roadway, you can be in north Seattle in about 20 minutes. 

Public Schools 

The public schools that serve the Admiralty Manor neighborhood are part of the well-known and highly sought Mukilteo School District. Many young families in this area search to live within the boundaries of the Mukilteo School District. Specific Schools serving Admiralty Manor include Odyssey Elementary School, Voyager Middle School, and Mariner High School. Townhomes have sizable backyard patios that back right to the greenbelt. Condos feature covered back balconies and porches with an extra storage closet. The main bedrooms have walk-in closets and the main living areas feature open-concept living with kitchens overlooking the living room and back deck/patio.
