Marysville is probably best known for being in close vicinity to the Tulalip Indian Reservation by giving quick access to the Tulalip Casino and Resort. This is a huge attraction for people from all around the area and brings in a lot of tourism.

When living in Marysville, there are tons of things to do and both Seattle and Bellevue aren’t too far away. You will find a vast assortment of restaurants and eateries, many places to shop, and lots of grocery stores which is a huge plus.

On the west side, many of the homes are larger in size, and many have waterfronts or nice views of the Puget Sound. But you can also find any type of home in Marysville, with prices ranging from $100K to $1M+ on the Tulalip side, and $240K to $550K in North and South Marysville. If you’re a first time home buyer or are looking for a more budget friendly area, North Marysville is the place to check out first.  

There are 22 public schools in Marysville, including 10 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, and 8 high schools. To add to the attraction, there are 24 community parkes in the city with everything from waterfront parks to dog parks, skate parks, and even a disc golf course. There will be something everyone in the family will enjoy in Marysville.
