There are a number of businesses located in town, including delicious eateries and unique shops, and the neighboring city Monroe has major retailers like Walmart and other restaurants. For perspective, Sultan is just an hour from Seattle, or about 45 minutes to Microsoft.
When visiting Sultan you will find a lot of waterfront real estate for sale. Most of these homes are very affordable, with a chance to get more “bang for your buck” than you ever would living closer to Seattle for example.
